Admission Procedure

How to Apply

Admission to Vardhaman College of Engineering's various programs is through Common Entrance Tests conducted by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad. This ensures a standardized and fair selection process, allowing students from diverse backgrounds to compete for a place in this esteemed institution. Undergraduate Programmes

B. Tech
a. Category-A: 70% of seats are allotted to students based on their rank obtained in EAMCET.
b. Category-B: 30 % of the seats are earmarked for other candidates.
c. Lateral Entry: 10% of total sanctioned intake is allotted for diploma holders through ECET into II year B. Tech programme.

Postgraduate Programmes

M.Tech
a. Category-A: 70% of seats are allotted for merit students based on their rank obtained in PGECET and preference is given to GATE qualified candidates.
b. Category-B: 30 % of the seats are earmarked for other candidates.

MBA
a. Category-A: 70% of seats are allotted for merit students based on their rank attained in ICET.
b. Category-B: 30 % of the seats are earmarked for other candidates.

Doctoral Programme

Ph.D
The college has sanctioned research centers in three departments, namely, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. The admissions are done through JNTUH, Hyderabad.
